Heartfelt tribute to 'full of life' young man swept to his death on Cornish coast
A gaming marathon is being held in memory of 24-year-old Tyler Westlake who, tragically, was never found
A group of friends are paying tribute to a young man who died after being swept off rocks in Cornwall.
Tyler Westlake was fishing with mates at St Agnes last November, when a big wave came in.
Tragically, the 24-year-old was never found.
"Tyler - he was 24 and full of life"
Now a 24-hour gaming marathon is being held in his memory and to raise money for the RNLI.
Charlton Cunningham says they want to thank the volunteers who searched for their friend for over 48 hours.
"Tyler - he was 24, full of life, he loved the water. I've never seen someone swim so well - surfing, fishing - he loved all of it.
"He was the best. Jokey, laughy. he always helped bring the mood up in the room - you always knew when he was in the room. He was just such a nice bloke.
"It was horrible for us all to deal with that but having the support of each other and being able to connect through gaming helped us stay strong.
"This gaming thing was another way for us to be together and raise some money at the same time".

The T-boys will be gaming for 24 hours straight on Saturday 20th February to raise money for the RNLI.
Their Just Giving fundraiser has already raised almost £2,300 and counting.
