Woman dies following collision near Chiverton Cross
The incident happened earlier this month on the A390.
A woman has died after being involved in a collision on the A390 earlier this month.
At around 1.45pm on Tuesday 18th November, police were called to a report of a yellow Fiat Panda and a black Nissan Qashqai colliding with each other near Chiverton Cross.
The drivers of both vehicles, a man in his 80s and a woman in her 70s, were badly injured. The woman has since died in hospital as a result of her injuries. Her next of kin are aware.
The man currently remains in hospital.
