Elderly dog returned to rescue centre in Cornwall finds foster home
Tandie was taken back to the RSPCA following a death in her owner's family

An elderly dog who was returned to a rescue centre in Cornwall has found a foster home.
Tandie arrived in RSPCA care with her mum - a stray with a broken jaw - and her nine littermates back in 2007.
Last month she was handed back to its Duchy rescue centre, 14 years after first being adopted out as a puppy.
The charity says her owners made the difficult decision to return the spaniel following a death in the family.
An appeal was issued at the end of August to try and find her an 'end of life' foster home to go to.
Now the branch says Tandie has been taken in by the family who adopted her brother Eric, who has now sadly passed away.
Posting on Facebook, the RSPCA Cornwall Branch said: "Great news, Tandie has gone to a foster home! A wonderful family came forward, who were familiar faces.
"They adopted Tandie's brother Eric, 14 years ago. Eric has now sadly passed away so the family wanted to offer their home to Tandie.
"We can't get over how happy she looks already. We will keep you all updated on her progress."
The appeal from the RSPCA last month read: “We cared for Tandie 14 years ago and we still will today.
"She was adopted from us as a puppy and had a wonderful life with the most incredible family but, sadly, they had to make a heartbreaking decision to sign her over to us following a death in the family.
“Her years have caught up with her since we last took care of her. She has very limited vision and is completely deaf. She also has arthritis, various lumps and bumps, and a skin condition which she has daily treatment for.
“For these reasons, we’re looking for an end of life foster home locally to our centre so that we can continue to financially and medically support Tandie, and her fosterers, for the rest of her days. Tandie started her life with us and we think it’s important that we’re here with her until the end".
