Dashcam footage appeal issued after fatal crash on Cornwall's A390
A driver died and two women suffered serious injuries near Lostwithiel

Police have issued an appeal for dashcam footage following a serious crash in east Cornwall, which claimed a driver's life.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene near West Taphouse after two cars collided late on Saturday night.
A female passenger remains in a critical condition at Derriford Hospital and the other driver, a woman, suffered serious injuries.
The incident happened at around 11pm on Saturday 23rd July, closing the road until Sunday morning.
Anyone with footage or who may have seen either of the vehicles before the collision is being asked to contact Devon & Cornwall Police.
A force spokesperson said: "Police were called at around 11pm on Saturday 23 July 2022, to a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the A390 near to West Taphouse, Liskeard.
"A silver Ford Fiesta travelling towards East Taphouse and a red Peugeot 107 travelling towards Lostwithiel had been involved in a collision.
"Despite the best efforts from members of the public and emergency services, the male driver of the Ford Fiesta was pronounced deceased at the scene and a female passenger remains in a critical condition at Derriford Hospital. Next of kin have been informed.
"The female driver of the Peugeot also attended Derriford Hospital and is being treated for serious injuries.
"Officers from the Roads Policing Team attended the scene and carried out a detailed investigation.
"Police would like to hear from anyone who may have dashcam footage or witnessed either vehicle prior to the collision.
"Anyone who witnessed the incident and anyone with information which may assist the investigation is asked to contact police on 101, quoting log number 1040 of 23 July 2022".
