A fundraising appeal has been launched to help the families of those who died in the shooting in Plymouth.
Police have confirmed six people lost their lives in the Keyham area on Thursday evening (12th August).
A three-year-old girl was among the victims.
Police have confirmed five bodies were found at the scene, including the suspected gunman.
Another casualty was rushed to hospital with serious injuries, but later died.
The Crowdfunder, set up by the founder of Plymouth Gossip Girls, Gillian Nair, has raised over £1,700, exceeding its original target of £500 in half an hour.
Posting on the Gossip Girls Facebook page, Gillian said: "I’ve been up thinking about if there’s anything I can do after yesterday’s tragic incident in Plymouth.
"It seems ignorant of me to ignore this given the platform I have locally with over 65,000 local women in a group that I set up.
"As a group we have set up charity fundraisers and crowdfunders before with great success (we raised over £6000 for the families of 3 men who died a couple of years ago 💔) so I have set up a crowdfunder to raise money for the families of those who were shot and killed yesterday.
"If this can help them at this time then I think that’s the best thing we can all do 💚
"The amount is automatically set to £500... I hope we can raise much more.
"The crowdfunder runs for 120 days.
"If the families are not ok with this then we will choose a charity for the money to be donated to or the families can choose a charity.
"When we did a big crowdfunder before, I arranged for cheques to be delivered to the next of kin and then they chose what to do with the money.
"This is an amazing place to live, full of wonderful loving caring and giving people.
"I know we are all in shock and we are all sending love to everyone who has been affected by this horrible incident".
