Three-vehicle crash blocks stretch of Cornwall's A30

It is affecting traffic between Chiverton and Carland Cross

A three-vehicle crash has blocked Cornwall's A30 between Chiverton and Carland Cross.

It happened in the Callestick area on Tuesday afternoon (22nd March).

Police are on the scene and traffic is queuing and unable to pass.

Drivers travelling between Carland Cross and Three Burrows are being affected.

Officers have confirmed that no one has been injured and recovery work is taking place.

Inrix Traffic and Travel says: "A30 in both directions blocked, queueing traffic due to accident, three vehicles involved from B3284 (Perranporth Turn Off, Callestick) to A30 (Zelah / St Allen Turn Offs, Zelah).

Police are on scene and have confirmed traffic unable to pass, affecting traffic between Three Burrows and Carland Cross."
