We are being invited to join a special Q&A on the coronavirus vaccine rollout in Cornwall.
Health bosses will answer questions and concerns about boosters and jabs for children.
Officials from the NHS and Cornwall Council's Public Health Team are hosting a Facebook Live event at 1.30pm on Tuesday 12th October.
Dr Whitney Curry is 'keen to debunk' some of the myths doing the rounds online and make sure patients have the right information to make their decision.
She said it will cover two key topics: "Booster jabs, school immunisations which include both flu and Covid for your 12-15-year-olds and actually flu is for all school-age children these days which is great, and we're really there to answer your questions, concerns, worries and make sure people have the appropriate information so they can make their decisions about taking up the offer".
Speaking about jabs for children, Dr Curry said: "This pandemic has wreaked absolute havoc with kids and their being able to attend school regularly and get the benefits of that education.
"Home-schooling was, I think, a nightmare for lots of us parents at home with our kids and it's really making sure that we maintain that continuity for our children".
On booster jabs, Dr Curry added: "As great as the internet is, there's quite a lot of misinformation going around out there which I think puts people off from getting their jab, especially when you've already had a first and second dose and we're asking you to go out and get another booster and get a flu jab on top of that; it seems like enough is enough with needles. But it's really important moving into this winter where it's quite uncertain.
"What we know about these jabs is they are absolutely excellent at protecting us from severe illness and death from Covid and also from flu and so this booster for Covid is really essential because we know the longer we go from that second dose, actually we have a bit of waning protection from that vaccine".
The Facebook Live Q&A starts at 1.30pm on Tuesday 12th October and you can watch it and find out more details about submitting questions on the event page.
