Car lands in field following crash on A30 near Bodmin
Police say the driver was taken to hospital but is not seriously injured
A car has landed in a nearby field following a crash on the A30 near Bodmin.
Emergency services were called to the Helland area on Wednesday lunchtime (11th May).
One vehicle was involved and paramedics, firefighters and police all attended the scene.
The road was blocked but has since reopened.
The female driver was taken to hospital but her injuries are not serious.
A spokesperson for Devon & Cornwall Police said: "We were called at 12.40pm today, 11th May, following a single-vehicle collision on the A30 at Helland, Bodmin.
"A car left the northbound carriageway and ended up in a field.
"Ambulance, police and fire attended.
"The female driver was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be serious.
"One lane of the A30 was blocked, but has since reopened at around 2:50pm."
