Boat 'well alight' in Newlyn

The fire service say a boat was 'well alight' in Newlyn - with fire engines called out just after 11pm last night.
One person has been treated for smoke inhalation.
Cornwall Fire and Rescue said: "Five appliances from Penzance, St Just, Hayle and St Ives attended a boat fire in Newlyn.
"The boat measured 25 metres and was well alight on crews arrival. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus with a hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
"Once casualty suffering smoke inhalation was left in the care of Ambulance crew. Lifeboat, Coastguard and Police also attended the scene to assist with the incident.
"There are no more details available on this incident."
Penlee's RNLI crews have shared more details about the incident - calling it a 'great response' for all of the emergency service personnel who came to the rescue.
They said: "Penlee All Weather Lifeboat tackles fishing vessel on fire in Newlyn harbour.
"At 23:12 last night the Penlee Lifeboat crew received a tasking request from Falmouth Coastguard after receiving reports of a 25m fishing vessel on fire in Newlyn Harbour.
"Penlee Lifeboat “Ivan Ellen” launched immediately under the command of Coxswain Patch Harvey, Mechanic Tony Rendle and five volunteers, one crewman on the fishing vessel had escaped the fire but there was concerns that other crew were still onboard, the lifeboat moored alongside the fishing vessel and tackled the fire coming from the galley area with two sea water hoses.
"Shortly after Penzance Fire Brigade arrived on scene and quickly set up further hoses to tackle the fire.
"Two fireman with breathing apparatus entered the vessel to search for any crew onboard, during this time the crewman that escaped the fire collapsed and required medical attention, Penzance Cliff Rescue team now on scene carried out a medical assessment and asked for assistance from the lifeboat crew, one crew member assisted and administered oxygen until the Ambulance arrived on scene.
"After an hour the fire onboard the fishing vessel was extinguished also after a thorough search by the Fire Brigade thankfully no one else was found onboard.
"At 00:40 Penlee Lifeboat returned to its moorings.
"A great response from all the emergency services involved."
