Almost 40k people share All Call Signs' appeal to find missing veteran from St Austell

A veterans' charity has issued a Beacon Alert to help find a missing man from St Austell.

Almost 40,000 people have shared All Call Signs' appeal to trace Anthony Haley.

The 42-year-old is former Royal Navy and disappeared five days ago.

Police, Coastguard and specialist search teams have spent the weekend looking, but there is still no sign of him.

Anyone who sees Anthony, who has tattoos on his arms and hands, is being urged to call 999 straight away.

Posting on Facebook on Friday 24th September, All Call Signs said: "We need your help locating Anthony Hayley, age 42, ex-RN, who is missing with serious concerns for his welfare.

"He was last seen at 0930hrs on Wednesday 22nd September in the St Austell area.

"Anthony is 6ft tall with a stocky build with facial hair and tattoos on his arms and hands.

"He is believed to be wearing black trousers and a blue t-shirt.

"Anyone with information regarding Anthony's whereabouts should contact Cornwall Police on 999 quoting log 622 22/09/21".
