Alleged armed robbery at betting shop in Cornish town centre
Two men demanded money before fleeing the scene in Wadebridge

Searches have been carried out after an alleged armed robbery at a betting shop in Wadebridge town centre.
Police say two men entered Betfred in The Platt at around 7pm on Wednesday evening.
They threatened staff what was believed to be an armed weapon and demanded money.
The suspects then fled the scene and luckily nobody was hurt.
Officers carried out searches but the suspects were not found. Anyone with any information is asked to get in touch.
"Police are currently investigating an alleged armed robbery which took place on Wednesday 4th November at around 7pm at Betfred in The Platt in Wadebridge’s town centre.
"Two men entered the premises while it was open and threatened staff with what is believed to have been an armed weapon. The two men demanded money before fleeing the scene in a vehicle. No one was hurt in the incident.
"Officers responded to the incident and searches were carried out.
"The suspects are currently outstanding and police enquiries are continuing into this matter."
