More than 300 Cornish musicians join Air Ambulance appeal shanty
It is part of the charity's efforts to raise money for a second helicopter
More than 300 Cornish musicians have been featured in a sea shanty for Cornwall Air Ambulance's helicopter appeal.
They joined in with the song, 'Sing it Home', which accompanies a festive animation.
The story features a young boy writing a letter to Father Christmas, asking him for a second helicopter so it can help more people like his mother.
It has been released as part of the charity's Heli2 Appeal, which is hoping to raise £2.85 million for a second helicopter.
Just under half has been raised so far.
The charity say another helicopter would boost their "resilience, capability and versatility", and complete more life-saving missions.
Cornwall Air Ambulance's Chief Executive Tim Bunting says the charity wants to provide "the very best service to every patient" they treat.
"Every donation this Christmas will be doubled by some generous donors, taking us a step closer to landing your second helicopter."
