Two men have been charged in connection with a murder investigation in Peterborough.
1\9 year old Ben Proctor was found with a head injury at a car compound in September.
He died a short time later.
4\7 year old Zamkar Mohammadi and 39 year old Hawker Mohammadi, 39 both of Lincoln Road, Peterborough, have now been charged with perverting the course of justice.
They're due to appear at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court today (22 October).
Ako Mohammed, 33, of Lincoln Road and Shwan Sabah, 24, of Holdich Street, Peterborough, have been charged with Ben’s murder and due for trial in April next year.
Three men arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender have been bailed until December 22.
