Police in Cambridge say an investigation is ongoing after red paint was sprayed over a University building by pro-Palestine protestors.

Officers were called at about 3am on Saturday with reports of criminal damage at Senate House.

Pro-Palestinian protesters sprayed red paint on a historic building at the University of Cambridge, which had been used for graduation ceremonies since the 18th century.
