Peterborough and South Lincs charity says many students worry about the move to Uni
For some it can bring on significant levels of stress

A mental health charity in Peterborough and South Lincolnshire says it has concerns about the stress some students may experience if they move in University.
It follows A levels results yesterday.
The move to Uni can see many students feeling isolated and can impact families too.
We've spoken to Olivia Hubbard from Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire MIND.
"It can cause a lot on anxiety for both parents and for students."
"It's therefore really important to look after your mental health and your well being - leading up to that University time."
I think if you connect together you can really support each other
"Reaching out to your college friends - supporting one another because everyone's probably going to feel exactly the same."
"Maybe going to different cities all around the country."
"I think if you connect together you can really support each other."
She has some advice for measures you can take.
"This could include activities that you could do in 30 seconds that could include your daily well being."
"It might include a daily 30 minute activity to practice self care - an area where you can create a list of key people you can contact for support."
"If you're feeling overwhelmed it could be really beneficial for young people so they have a support network and know who to contact."
It's so important for young people and parents to get outside
"Being active - regular physical activity is associated with lower levels of depression and anxiety across all age groups."
"It's so important for young people and parents to get outside and even walking can have the benefit of providing social interactions as well as providing a level of exercise."
"Parents might take on a fundraising challenge or volunteer - this could be really beneficial for them in that time - whether it's in the evening - during the week - when maybe they have more time available to meet more people in the community once their child's at University."
