Police are appealing for witnesses after a collision near St Neots left a motorcyclist in a critical condition.

The motorcyclist was riding a green Kawasaki ZX600 on the B645 near Staughton Highway at about 8.45pm last Thursday (24 August) when the bike left the road and went into a ditch.

The air ambulance attended the scene and the man, who is in his 20s, was taken to Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge where he remains in a critical condition.

It is unknown at this stage whether any other vehicles were involved in the collision.
