Man seriously injured after A1(M) collision near Brampton

A man has been seriously injured following a collision on the A1(M) near Brampton.

Emergency services were called to reports of a single-vehicle collision on the southbound exit slip road with the A141 at around 2:25pm on Sunday.

The male driver of the car was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed or has footage of the collision, or the vehicle, a Vauxhall Corsa, in the moments before, to get in touch.
