Man injured in Cambridgeshire tractor crash

The man was transported to Addenbrooke's Hospital by road ambulance for further assessment and care

One man has been injured in a collision involving a van and a tractor on the A1307 towards Huntingdon.

According to Cambridgeshire Police, the incident occurred around 9:20 AM. With road closures set into place afterwards as Emergency services attended the scene.

A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Police confirmed, "We were called at about 9:20 AM today (8 July) with reports of a collision between a van and a tractor on the A1307 towards Huntingdon".

The East of England Ambulance Service stated that they deployed two ambulances, and an ambulance officer vehicle to the scene.

Adding "One man was transported to Addenbrooke's Hospital by road ambulance for further assessment and care."

No further details on the conditions of the individuals involved have been released at this time.
