Man in 70s hospitalised after crash at garage in St Neots

Police are appealing for witnesses after a collision in Eaton Socon Sunday afternoon (17th March) left an elderly man with serious injuries.

At about 12.25pm a blue Ford Focus turned right into the BP garage on Great North Road and was involved in a collision with the man.

Emergency services attended and the man, who is in his 70s, was taken to hospital for treatment.

Police say he remains in a serious, but stable condition.

The driver of the Ford, a man in his 30s, stopped at the scene and is assisting police with the investigation.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has relevant dashcam footage is urged to contact officers using reference CC-17032024-0174.
