Cambridgeshire Police officer arrested on suspicion of rape
They've been released on bail
A Cambridgeshire Police officer has been arrested on suspicion of rape.
A spokesperson for the force say the officer was arrested by Bedfordshire Police on July 15th.
They've since been released on bail whilst an investigation continues to take place.
Cambridgeshire Police say "It would be inappropriate to comment further at this stage."
Bedfordshire Police have been approached for comment.
