Peterborough's MP is calling to re-open the bridges at Cuckoos Hollow, which have been closed out of health and safety concerns.

Earlier this month, the City Council said the bridges, adjacent to Baron Court, Lakeside and Welbourne "have deteriorated much more quickly than anticipated and are now posing a risk to public safety, resulting in a decision to close the structures for the foreseeable future."

Paul Bristow has now written to the Council, asking for them to "make do and mend" while they find the cash to replace them.
