A drug dealer who ran a criminal enterprise supplying class A and B drugs across Cambridge from London has been jailed.

Police arrested 27-year-old Nabil Aziz at his home in Cliff Walk, London, on 1st August, after investigations revealed he was operating the ‘Bingo’ drug line.

A joint operation between Cambridgeshire Constabulary and the Metropolitan Police revealed he was dealing across the city between September 2023 and February 2024.

At Peterborough Crown Court yesterday (10th December), Aziz was sentenced to seven years in prison.

He was found guilty of being concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine at a trial in November and pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cannabis.

Detective Constable Ed Glasse, who investigated, said: “This is not the first time Aziz has found himself behind bars because of county lines drug dealing.

"After dealing again within a month of his last prison release, we’ve secured evidence to put him back in jail and dismantled another drug line in Cambridge.

“County lines dealers prey on the vulnerabilities of others in order to run their business and make money.

"We recognise the impact they have on our communities and will continue to put them before the courts to make the county a safer place.”
