Three men arrested by police investigating Cambridge murder

Three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Cambridge yesterday morning (10/3).

Police were called by the ambulance service at 5.19am yesterday with reports of a stabbing in Carlton Way. The man, in his 30s, was pronounced dead at 6.10am.

A post-mortem examination is yet to take place, however it is believed the man was stabbed in a targeted attack.

Three men aged 19, 20, and 23 were arrested last night.

They have all been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in custody.

Detective Chief Inspector Katie Dounias, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit, said: “We continue to appeal to anyone with information to get in touch as a matter of urgency.”
