Three men have been arrested after a substance was reportedly thrown at a person in Cambridge.

Cambridgeshire Police were called to a fight in Dundee Close just after 7.50pm last night (Sunday, 11 June).

Two of the men arrested were from March, while the other was from Cambridge.

“We were called at 7.52pm last night to reports of a fight ongoing in Dundee Close, Cambridge,” said a police spokesperson.

“Officers attended and three men were arrested - a man in his 30s from Cambridge was arrested on suspicion of affray.

‘A man in his 20s from March was arrested on suspicion of possession of a noxious substance; a man in his 40s from March was arrested on suspicion of administering a noxious substance.”

A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service said paramedics were called to the area but did not attend.

No injuries were reported and all three men are in custody at Parkside police station in Cambridge.
