Yesterday's fire at the We The Curious attraction in Bristol has led to its temporary closure today.

The fire broke out on the roof at around 2pm on Saturday afternoon. The Avon And Somerset Fire and Rescue Service arrived to tackle the blaze, along with the police. The staff and visitors were all safely evacuated.

The building suffered fire and water damage with the venue's server systems also affected. Their phone and email systems are also currently out of action.

The venue say they are closed while a damage assessment is carried out and plans are made for the next few days.

If you were due to visit the attraction today, the venue will be in touch soon to re-arrange your visit.
