Three men attacked in Bristol

One has been left in hospital in a critical but stable condition

A man's in a critical but stable condition in hospital with head injuries, after being attacked in Bristol city centre.

Two other men were also assaulted near to the fountains and the junctions of Corn Street, Baldwin Street and Broad Quay at 5.45am on Saturday morning (29 October) but weren't as badly hurt.

The victims, aged in their 20s and 30s, were not known to each other but were assaulted by three men.

The offenders, all believed to be in their late-20s or early-30s, are described as:

• Male 1 – white, about 6ft 2-3ins, with short brown hair and of a large build. He was clean shaven and wearing a dark blue top and dark skinny jeans.

• Male 2 – mixed race, about 5ft 10ins, slightly curly hair and clean shaven. He was said to be wearing a white North Face waterproof jacket.

• Male 3 – white with dark hair. He was wearing a black coat and had some facial injuries.
