Six year old fighting for life after motorbike collision in Bristol
A man has been arrested
A man is in police custody after a child, six, suffered potentially life-threatening injuries in a collision with a motorcycle in Bristol yesterday.
The collision in Wade Street happened just after 6pm. The motorcyclist failed to stop.
The child remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital. His next of kin are being supported by specially-trained family liaison officers.
Police are seeking witnesses, dashcam footage and information
Wade Street was closed between the A420 Lawfords Gate and the A4032 Newfoundland Circus while collision investigators examine the scene and initial enquiries were carried out.
