Protestors have gathered in Bristol for another Kill the Bill protest this evening.

Avon and Somerset Police said around 50 people were taking part in a sit-in protest on Whiteladies Road, causing it to shut for a short while.

According to the Kill The Bill Bath twitter account, the protest on Whiteladies Road, near the Broadcasting house, was to take a stand against what they've called 'biased reporting' from the media on the protests.

That same account says protests will be happening on Friday in Bristol, and Saturday in Bath.

Officers liaised with protestors, who have now left the scene to make their way back to College Green, meaning Whiteladies Road could fully reopen.
