Police have renewed an appeal for information six months on from a homophobic and racist attack in Bristol.

Back on Saturday 29 October last year a group of men began hurling racist and homophobic abuse at two women in a shop on Bedminster Road, at between 3am and 4am.

The victims left the shop and headed towards Marksbury Road but then confronted the men who had followed them and were both punched unconscious.

Avon and Somerset Police have now released photos of three men, all white and aged between 30 and 50, who they say they believe could help the investigation.

Do you recognise them, or do you know anything about what happened that night?

If the answer is yes, officers ask that you call 101 and quote the reference number 5222263356.
