New photos released in search for missing Bristol man
22-year-old Jack O'Sullivan hasn't been seen for two weeks
New photos have been released in the search for a man who has been missing in Bristol for more than two weeks.
Jack O'Sullivan, who's 22 has not been seen since the early hours of Saturday 2 March on the city's harbourside, in the area of Brunel Lock Road and Brunel Way.
Having been at a house party that night with friends, he was last seen at around 3:15am.
Detective Inspector Jason Chidgey from Avon and Somerset Police said: “This is an extremely distressing time for the loved ones of Jack and we’re continuing to carry out urgent enquiries to establish what happened to him.
“We’re keen for the public to focus on the time of the last confirmed sighting and we still want to speak to anyone driving on the Cumberland Basin around this time, as well as anyone driving outbound towards Ashton, as they may have dashcam footage which could help us."
Officers have now established that a CCTV image they previously released of a person on Hotwell Road at around 5:40am that morning, was not Jack.
“We’re in daily contact with Jack’s family to keep them updated on the progress of our investigation and to ensure they have the help and support they need," Det Insp Chidgey said.
“To date we’ve carried out an extensive CCTV trawl as well as searches of the local area, including the deployment of our specialist dive team to search the river Avon."
If you think you saw Jack after 3:15am that night, the police want to hear from you.
He’s described as white, around 5ft 10ins, of slim build, with short brown hair and was wearing a quilted green/brown Barbour jacket at the time, over a beige wollen jumper, with navy chinos and brown leather trainers with white soles.
If you have any information on Jack's whereabouts, it's asked you call 999 and quote the reference number 5224055172.
