Multiple arrests in Clifton after stabbings
Five men stabbed on Queens Avenue
Police have arrested nine people following an incident in the Clifton area of Bristol today.
Officers were called at 2.45am to Queens Avenue, after reports of a number of people fighting in the street.
Four men were found to have been stabbed and were taken to hospital for treatment by paramedics. A fifth male also went to hospital with a similar injury.
All five have all been discharged from hospital and have been arrested by police. Four other people are also in police custody.
A police cordon remains in place while enquiries are carried out at the scene. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police on 101.
