Man dies after being found injured in Bristol car park

A man's died after being found seriously injured at the NCP car park on Rupert Street early this morning.

Police tape and emergency services were spotted in the area, and Avon and Somerset Police have confirmed to us that a man has sadly passed away.

A spokesperson said "At around 2.45am today a man was found seriously injured on Rupert St, Bristol."

“Emergency services attended but sadly, he died a short time later."

“We're currently in the process of identifying the man so we can inform his next of kin as a priority.

“The death is not believed to be suspicious, however, a cordon remains in place and the nearby NCP carpark is closed while enquiries are carried out.”
