A man's been arrested for several offences after a police chase in Chippenham.
It happened around 10pm yesterday - when a grey Hyundai failed to stop for officers on the A350.
The car was brought to a stop.
The driver, a 34-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop for police, dangerous driving, aggravated taking a vehicle without consent, and drug driving.
A quantity of white powder was located in the vehicle, and the suspect was further arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
He remains in custody for questioning.
