Police have arrested a man in his 30's after eleven cars were damaged in Bristol overnight.

It happened in the early hours of this morning (3 December) on Berwick Road, in Easton.

Officers were called just after 3am to reports cars had their windows smashed with a hammer and machete.

They attended and arrested a man in nearby Stapleton Road soon afterwards, on suspicion of affray and criminal damage.

The force are now appealing for witnesses, CCTV and dashcam footage.
