Man appears in court charged over stabbing in Kingswood
Two men are continuing their recovery after being released from hospital
A man has appeared in court charged in connection with the stabbing of two men in Bristol.
Corey McClean, 30, of Two Mile Hill Road, St George, Bristol, faces charges of wounding with intent, possessing a knife/blade/sharp/pointed article in public and intentional strangulation, relating to an incident at an address in Kingswood earlier this month.
He was remanded in custody following Friday's hearing at Bristol Magistrates Court and will next appear at Bristol Crown Court on Monday 15 January.
Two men, both in their 40s, went to hospital for treatment to stab wounds after the incident in Downend Road in the early hours of Sunday 3 December.
They have since been discharged to continue with their recovery.
