Man admits causing death of 16-year-old in South Gloucestershire
Harry Charlton has pleaded guilty to causing the death of Daniel Davies by careless driving
A 29-year-old man will be sentenced next month after admitting causing the death of a teenage boy in South Gloucestershire.
Harry Charlton from Kingswood pleaded guilty to causing the death of 16-year-old Daniel Davies by careless driving while over the prescribed limit of drugs, when appearing at Bristol Magistrates' Court on Friday 6th September.
Charlton was driving a Ford Fiesta on 17th April 2022 when he collided with Daniel's moped on the A4174 Wraxall Road roundabout in Warmley. Daniel died at the scene.
Charlton will be sentenced at Bristol Crown Court on Monday 21st October.
