M32 closed after serious crash in Bristol

Part of the M32 closed following a serious crash on Sunday (6th October)

Emergency services rushed to the scene at junction 1 for Filton with the A4174.

National Highways said in an online post: "The M32 in Gloucestershire is closed northbound between J2 (Horfield) and J1 (Filton) due to a serious collision.

"All emergency services are currently on scene. National Highways Traffic Officers are also on scene assisting with traffic management.

"The closure is expected to be in place for several hours for police investigation."

Police have advised people to avoid the road.
