Critical incident declared after "suspicious packages" reportedly left in Bristol pub

A critical incident has been declared in the Bedminster area of Bristol - after a report "suspicious packages" were left in a pub.
Known to be an avid Bristol City FC supporters' pub - the Three Lions has been evacuated, as have nearby properties.
A 50 metre cordon is in place and there are road closures in place while searches are carried out.
Avon and Somerset Police say a major incident was declared this lunchtime, but it has now been downgraded to critical.
Officers are still telling people to avoid the area.
