Crimestoppers renews appeal after 'repeated' arson attacks on Bristol property

The independent charity say a reward of up to £2,500 is available for exclusive information that leads to an arrest and conviction

An appeal has been launched by Crimestoppers following what they're calling repeated arson attacks on a property in Bristol.

The most recent attack happened back on the 14th of February this year on a business premises underneath a block of flats in Clifton.

The independent charity's supporting the police's investigation in their bid to keep communities safe from harm.

In a statement, Crimestopers add: "The most recent attack on the business premises underneath residential flats along Regents Street, Clifton, happened at around 11.25pm on Tuesday 14 February this year.

"Investigators have released an image of a person they would like to speak to as part of their enquiries, who was captured on CCTV.

"The individual is described as five foot, eight inches tall, with an average build. They were wearing a distinctive olive green, parka style jacket and black jeans.

"It is believed this same person was present when the business premises was again targeted by an arsonist on Wednesday 21 December 2022, when windows were smashed and accelerant was poured through the front door letterbox."

The independent charity is supporting this investigation by the police are are offering a reward of up to £2,500 for information they exclusively receive, that leads to the arrest and conviction of anyone linked to the arson attacks on this Clifton business premises.
