It's nearly time for the final curtain for one cinema in Bristol - it's been announced today.
Showcase Cinemas tell us the Cabot Circus site's to shut at the end of the money because they couldn't agree a new lease with the landlords.
They've thanked their committed team for their work.
The cinema chain has confirmed they will cease trading with effect from the close of business on Thursday 30th November 2023.
Crispin Lilly, Managing Director, Showcase Cinemas UK said: "We would like to thank all the customers who have visited since we opened at Cabot Circus in 2008 and we hope they have enjoyed their time with us.
"We would also like to thank our committed team of employees at the site for their passion, dedication and hard work, especially over the last few difficult years."
They add they are 'committed' to delivering great cinema experiences to Bristol audiences and say they hope that customers will visit their other cinema in the city, less than 3 miles away at Avonmeads.
