Bristol Riots: Three people charged for failing to follow dispersal order

Two others were given an unconditional caution

Three people have been charged for failing to comply with a dispersal order put in place following a protest in Bristol this weekend.

A section 35 order was issued in Bristol amid the city's 'Kill the Bill' protest on Saturday night.

All three were released on unconditional bail.

Rebecca Buckley, 26 will appear before Bristol Magistrates Court on 25th May.

Thomas William Rix, 37, will also appear before Bristol Magistrates Court on 21st May.

A 17-year-old boy, unnamed, will be seen at Bristol Youth Court on 28th April 2021.

Two other people, a 26-year-old man and a 25-year-old man, were given conditional cautions.

A 17-year-old girl has been referred to the Youth Panel for a decision to be made, while a 16-year-old boy has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
