Phipps could still be in the greater Bristol area, including North Somerset or South Gloucestershire.

Alternatively he may return to Bristol or other urban centres to shelter in disused buildings.

He is however, also known to cover long distances on foot, by hitch-hiking or by stealing bicycles and has an interest in living off grid.

A dedicated team has been following up all reported sightings and co-ordinating with other police forces across the country following a series of appeals.

Avon and Somerset Police have also said he might approach people to ask for water or casual labouring work.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or use the online form to send a message to detectives. If you see him, don't approach him and call 999 quoting reference 5222130002.
