Two men arrested following drugs raids in Bradford
The raids took place in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A large quantity of cash as well as suspected Class A drugs were seized during raids in the Horton Park area of Bradford on Saturday (10/10).
Officers executed search warrants during early morning raids on properties and arrested two men aged 25 and 21.
The 25-year-old was arrested on suspicion of Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) offences and released under investigation.
The 21-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and released under investigation.
The operation was led by the Force’s Precision Human Trafficking & Modern Slavery Team under Programme Precision which is a collaborative response with West Yorkshire Police working with key partners and communities tackling serious and organised crime and protecting the vulnerable, keeping people safe and feeling safer.
Colleagues from the Operational Support Unit and Bradford District supported the efforts tackling the sale and supply of Class A drugs to prevent harm and to target and disrupt the organised exploitation of vulnerable people.
Detective Sergeant Ricky Scott from Programme Precision, said:
