Former Bradford Bulls star Bryn Hargreaves reported missing in USA

He has been missing for two weeks

Former Saint Helens RFC, Wigan Warriors and Bradford Bulls rugby star Bryn Hargreaves has been reported missing by Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office.

Former Super League player, who now lives in Morgantown, West Virginia, was last seen two weeks ago.

Mr Hargreaves retired from the sport nearly 10 years ago, and has since emigrated to the USA.

In a statement, Monongalia County Sheriff's Office said: 'On January 16, 2022, Monongalia County Sheriff’s Deputies were notified of a missing male. Bryn Hargreaves is 36 years of age, originally from England and resides in the Cheat Lake area of Morgantown, WV.

He was last seen approximately two weeks ago. He is described as a white male with brown hair, 6’2”, 220 pounds and has a tattoo of a family crest on his right arm.'

The 36-year-old was last seen on the 2nd January 2022.

During his career, the prop played 197 games and scored 10 tries.

Wigan born Bryn Hargreaves made his Super League first team debut in 2004 while playing for Wigan Warriors in 2004.

Bryn the moved to Saint Helens RFC in 2006 where he played a pivotal role in Saints' Challenge Cup and World Club Challenge victories.

It was announced in 2010 that the rugby star had signed a 2-year-deal for Bradford Bulls where he made 54 appearances.
