One person taken to hospital following crash on A72
One person's been taken to hospital following a collision between a car and a motorcycle in the Borders.
It happened on the A72, east of Walkerburn - near the bend at Holylee Farm - shortly after 11am today (Sunday).
The road was closed for a short time while the scene was made safe.
The condition of the casualty is unknown.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.15am on Sunday, officers received a report of a crash involving a car and a motorcyclist on the A72 near Walkerburn.
“One person was taken to hospital.
“The road was closed and later reopened.”
