'Crash' causes tailbacks on A72 at Innerleithen

Motorists travelling on the A72 faced long tailbacks this morning (Tuesday) following reports of a crash at Innerleithen.

One vehicle appeared to have collided with the roadside barrier at Caerlee Corner - on the Peebles side of town.

One eyewitness told us: "The traffic is awful on both sides."

It's the latest in a series of collisions on the bend in recent years.
