Boy, 15, charged after three men 'assaulted' in Peebles

A 15-year-old boy has been charged in connection with assaults on three men in Peebles.
Two of the men - aged 21 and 40 - were taken to hospital for treatment following an incident in the town's Eastgate on Friday evening.
A 68-year-old man was also allegedly attacked but did not require hospital treatment.
Police say a report detailing the circumstances will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
It comes as a Tweeddale councillor speaks out amid concerns over an increase in anti-social behaviour in the area.
Trees planted in a Peebles park to honour the late Queen's Diamond Jubilee were vandalised; and youths have also been seen "kicking in" doors in Innerleithen.

Marshall Douglas, who represents the area on Scottish Borders Council, is urging locals to report incidents when they happen.
"It's very disappointing," he told us. "It's not just the damage, it's the fear that this causes.
"The only thing I can ask people to do is to ring the police. It's by having that data and repeated requests for assistance that will build up the case for greater police patrols and looking into the matter."
