Motorcyclist suffers serious injuries following Northumberland smash
Police are appealing for information after a motorcyclist suffered serious injuries following a collision with another vehicle in Northumberland at the weekend.
The 65-year-old man was treated at the scene, on the A696 near Elsdon - three miles from Otterburn, on the A68 - after the alarm was raised around 11am on Sunday (April 16th), before being airlifted to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle, where he remains in a stable condition.
The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene to help police with their investigation. Officers are now appealing to any witnesses to the collision to come forward.
They are particularly keen to hear from anyone who was on the A696 at the time and may have dash cam footage of the collision.
