A large cannabis farm has been discovered within an industrial estate in the Scottish Borders.
£900,000 worth of the class B drug was unearthed when police raided the premises on Coldingham Road, Eyemouth, on Thursday.
A 47-year-old man was subsequently arrested and charged in connection.
He is due to appear at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on Friday.
A number of large scale cannabis cultivation's have been discovered across the Borders in the past year.
In September, a meeting of Scottish Borders Safer Communities Board was told that illegal cultivations linked to serious organised crime, totalling more than £6 million, had been seized in the past 12 months.
Detective Sergeant Barry Roebuck said: "We know the misery that drug misuse can cause in our local communities and we work tirelessly to tackle this issue and disrupt the drugs trade in Scotland.
“This significant recovery underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
“Information from the public is vital and anyone with information regarding drugs in their local area should contact us through 101.
"Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
