Two vehicles stolen during overnight raid in Chirnside

Two vehicles have been stolen after thieves broke in to a property in Chirnside.

A grey Renault Traffic camper van, registration G9 DEG, and a black and orange KTM 690cc motorbike, registration SK22 LDL, were taken in the raid in Cheviot Avenue.

It happened sometime between 11pm last night (Wednesday) and 1.30am this morning.

Police are appealing for information.

A spokesperson said: Anyone who can help with our enquiries is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0559 of Thursday, 16 May, 2024."
